Please fill this out and post it in a new thread. If you are accepted your thread will be deleted and you will receive a message. Your message will note of your acceptance and contain a code to post your new membership card on your howrse page!

I will use myself as an example:

Howrse username: horses929
Number of pure bred Appaloosas: 4 (1 for sale, 1 expected foal)
Number of foals you have produced: 6 (4 of which are Appys)
Highest GP by a horse bred by you: currently 401.12 but expected foal should be higher

So post something like that in a new thread and you should be accepted easily.
