You could check out the contests the other associations have had to get ideas.
I'll see if I can think of some ideas.
Hopefully, HorsegirlDylan will drop by and give some ideas; she's good at that. :-)

The typical skills/Gp/etc. class with maybe a few special classes? ([insert color]ness class, most x-bred, etc.)
