Do you have better chances of placing in a barrel racing competition if you have barrel racing tack?
Whinny (QH-mar.) has BR tack and has won 2 competitions out of the 2 she's participated in. Whereas Poisoned Kiss (Arab-stall.) has entered 2 and isn't doing well. Is this difference between breeds or is it tack?.gif)
